Delivery
  • Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. However if you place an order before 2pm on any working day, we will dispatch the same day. Orders up to £32 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery (mostly next working day delivery) and orders £33 or over are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (99%+ next working day delivery).
  • Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery is a next working day service although on time performance varies. If next working day delivery is necessary (99%+ on time), you may upgrade your postage from 1st Class Recorded to Special Delivery by paying a supplement of £3.00 in the Miscellaneous category of the shop.
  • Orders dispatched on Fridays are attempted to be delivered by Royal Mail on Saturday, although the next working day is Monday (provided it is not a Bank Holiday)
  • Please note that some Royal Mail destinations, for example, the highlands of Scotland or very rural areas may take up to 2-3 days for Special Delivery and possibly more for 1st Class recorded. Please contact Royal Mail for information.
  • We follow the Royal Mail's last posting dates schedule for Christmas & Special Occasion deliveries. However, we always recommend ordering a few days in advance of the last dates in order to avoid disappointment.
  • The services provided by Royal Mail are ultimately beyond our control. However, we use the most reliable services they offer and we will take up any concerns regarding the delivery with them if we are informed promptly and not later than 5 working days after posting.
  • In the event of a delayed delivery, the only compensation we can offer you is what Royal Mail will offer us.
Returns
  • If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your pearl jewellery purchase, you can cancel your order within 21 days after receipt of goods and request a full refund or replacement item. (For hygiene reasons, in keeping with standard industry policy, we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings.)
  • We ask only for the following:
  • If there are problems, notify us within 21 days of receiving your goods via post or email.
  • Post back the goods unused and in their original condition within the next 5 working days, including pouch/presentation case and any other paper/materials provided.
  • Obtain a free Certificate of Posting from your Post Office. : It is advisable that you insure the goods with Royal Mail for return, as we are unable to process a refund until we receive the returned items.
  • We will action your refund or replacement upon receipt of the goods within 10 working days, according to your requirements. We cannot control the time it takes your card issuer to credit your account.
  • If the goods you received were incorrect goods, damaged in any way or of unsatisfactory standard, we will compensate the cost of return postage. If the package or goods are damaged, please also report this to the Royal Mail upon receipt or as soon as possible thereafter.
